Tea Book

Tea Book 

My final assignment for my book binding class! And what a way to end it, then with my Tea Book. 

There is very little with this book that I don’t adore. It’s an excellent addition to my collection of nicknacks, and will be finding a home on my coffee table as a menu to my house company.

"Tea Party"

Tea stained Arches paper, Rice Paper, Floral embedded Paper,  tinted tissue Paper, waxed yellow thread.

What I'm most satisfied with: 

    - The turn out of the tea stained paper

    - The choice of size

    - The subtly of the floral paper and the design mimicking a tea bag

    - The functionality of it

What I want to improve:

    - Better stitching still needed. 

    - More tea stained paper, so of them did not turn out well enough to include

    - The tag has a lot of unused potential. 

    - The numbers feel unecessary
